Our Production Process
Here is a brief breakdown of how your orders are processed.

All non-personalised items will only go through steps 1 and 4.
You will receive an order confirmation via the email address: orders@buildmemini.co.uk.
If you do not receive an email, please ensure you check your spam filter before contacting us.
Personalised items take up to 10 working days to assemble.
Please advise us if there are any pressing time constraints surrounding your order and we will do the best we can to help where we can.
If you ordered a proof photo with your order (optional extra); we will email you a photo of your new figure/s, 10 working days from the order date.
If you selected the proof option, we will not be able to dispatch your item until we have received your confirmation. The sooner we hear back from you, the sooner we can dispatch 😊

From here, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method you have chosen.
Delivery Times
Shipping and Tracking
All of our items are shipped via a signed-for service, often with tracking, so that we can ensure your item arrives safely to you. But we do rely on domestic and international postal and courier companies, which means delivery times are seasonally dependant.
Your order tracking will be emailed to you once you order dispatches, so you can always gain an indication of where your parcel is.
Please note, due to the COVID-19 and BREXIT, delivery times may be longer or even suspended in some regions. Please visit this page for the latest Updates.
Guarantees and Delivery Dates
Sadly, we cannot and do not gaurentee delivery times due to COVID-19. We rely on Royal Mails’ current policies. We will dispatch your items in the time frame indicated, but please note that once dispatched, the delivery times are outside of our control.

Information for Personalised Products
Personalised Orders
All care and effort is always put into our personalised products. Each one being hand-assembled and packaged up for customers. In order to ensure that we offer the best possible service, and deliver the most appropriate caricatures our estimated production time is 10-12 working days. These times do vary and this page will be updated accordingly. In most cases we are able to provide a proof photo before this date, however, please allow for this production time when considering an order.
Personalised Creation Confirmations
Unless you have notified us otherwise, once a personalised figure/s order has been assembled, we will email a proof photo for your confirmation. Please ensure you check you have recieved an order confirmation when you place your order, as the proof photo will be emailed in the same way. If your order confirmation email goes to your junk folder, or gets caught in spam filters, we highly recommend adding our email address to your safelist to ensure you don’t miss the proof photo.
Until we recieve confirmation for your personalised figure, we cannot dispatch, so if you are hoping to recieve your order in the minimal possible production time – it’s important that we hear your feedback as fast as possible so we can continue your order process.
Please note that the production and delivery time estimates for your order do not include time awaiting responses from proof photos or revisions that may be requested thereafter.
Delivery Methods
Our Dispatch Process
For personalised items, once we have received your order confirmation†, your order will be moved to our dispatch process. If your order does not require a proof photo, it will be automatically moved to our dispatch process. This process can take up to 3 working days†.
Our economy dispatch process involves packaging up your item, adding relevant tracking numbers (you’ll receive this via email), and then posting your item out. We use the Royal Mail Drop and Go service. So once your item is at the Post Office, it should be introduced to the postal system within 24 hours.
Our premium dispatch process involves our courier collecting from us at 1pm every other day. You’ll receive tracking and estimated delivery date from the courier upon collection (check your junk mail for emails from DPD). Once your item is booked, it should be collected on the next working day at the latest.

UK Delivery
As a small business based in the South Coast of the UK, our UK shipping times are a lot faster than worldwide postage. All our items are sent via tracked postage with Royal Mail or DPD unless it is a large order or if other arrangements have been made (in these cases an alternative courier will be arranged). Here is a list of the postage options available to UK customers and the estimated delivery times according to the Royal Mail or DPD websites. Please note that these times are estimated.
- Premium Shipping – 1-2 Working Days (via DPD)
- Economy Shipping – 3-5 Working Days (via Royal Mail)
- Next Working Day Delivery – Next Working Day by 1pm
- Limited time only – Free UK Delivery for orders over £35***

The total spend must be made up from our products and services only, additional shipping or other costs added at the checkout are not included in the total calculation. Worldwide Delivery
We do ship Internationally, worldwide, but it is worth noting that the closer your country is to our offices in the UK, the faster your item will arrive. We offer two International Postage options, Basic and Premium. Basic Intenrational is always posted with Royal Mail and Premium International will vary depending on the location and size of the parcel. Below are a breakdown of the options available to our International customers, based on the courier websites. Please note that these times are estimated.
- Basic International – Royal Mail Tracked/Signed – 7-10 Working Days
- Premium International – Various Couriers – 7 Working Days
