Christmas Cutoffs, Production & Deliveries
It’s Christmas (well nearly)! Ahead of the well-earned Christmas joy, this year’s Christmas cut-offs for personalised orders is more important than ever as post times are often currently delayed. So please take note of the cut-off times, as well as the FAQ further down the page. Thank you, and Merry Christmas.

Christmas Orders FAQ
Your office is shut and I didn't get my order!
If you are requesting an update on your order that has been dispatched, you will have been emailed a tracking number upon the dispatch date. This is also available through the account section of our website, if you have created an account with us. The tracking number can be used to track your parcel on Royal Mails’ website here: https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
International orders will have been dispatched as soon as confirmation was received, and can also be tracked on the Royal Mail website using the tracking number emailed out when it was dispatched. Different locations have different delivery times, so please refer to the Royal Mail website for estimated delivery times.
We have worked extra hard to ship all confirmed orders out before the Christmas postage deadlines. We’re a family business, and we know how important it is for kids (and big kids) to get their gift on Christmas morning. So, if you your parcel does not arrive in time for Christmas – we are very very sorry 🙁 We will respond in turn upon our office opening on the 5th of Jan. Thank-you for you patience with us, we will do what we can to make it right.
I confirmed my order but it has not been dispatched.
As explained in our Christmas cut-offs, our office shut at 5pm on Friday 18th December. We ensured all confirmations that we received before this time were dispatched and dropped to our Post Office. If you confirmed after this time, we will dispatch your order as soon as we return to our offices on the 5th January.
I placed a non-personalised item, will I get it before Christmas
If you placed a non-personalised item before the 18th December, we dispatched it with the last post. If you order was placed on the 19th December or later, it will be dispatched when our store re-opens on January 5th.
I placed a personalised order, but don't need it for Christmas, when will I get it?
If you ordered a personalised product, please factor in our office closure plus the production time of ten working days.
Orders placed on or before 18th December
Your completion date will be your order date plus 21 working days.
Orders placed on or between 19th December 2020 – 4th January 2021
Your completion date will be 19th of January
Orders placed on or after – 5th January 2021
Your completion date will be the regular 10 working days.
On your completion date, we will either email out a proof photo or dispatch (depending on the options your configured at the time of purchase).
My order hasn't arrived. Do you guarantee Christmas delivery?
Normally, yes. But due to COVID-19 restrictions and increased delivery times – the year we are unable to guarantee Christmas delivery for any orders, although we did do everything in our power to ensure you order will arrive before Christmas.
Royal Mail have published their ‘Last Posting Dates’ before Christmas, here. Providing we have received your order before the cutoffs (20th Nov, International or 4th December UK) and have received confirmation proofs where needed (before 5pm 18th December), we ensured that your item was dispatched on or before these Royal Mail published dates.
If I order and select Next Working Day delivery, will I get it the Next Working Day?
Sadly no. Our shipping times do not include the production time. So unless you placed an order for a non-personalised product, then your order will be dispatched on or before the 10th working day using Next Working Day delivery.
All orders, or finished personalised products packaged up, placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.
I placed my order before the deadline, will I receive my item before Christmas?
Providing you placed your order before your deadline – you should receive your item before Christmas. For all of our personalised items that opted for a proof photo, we email out a photo of your personalised item for your final confirmation before dispatch. We will email out all proof photos before the postal deadline, but if we do not receive confirmation before 5pm on Friday 18th December, we can no longer facilitate Christmas delivery. I missed the deadline, is there any chance I can still get it in time?
If your deadline has passed (Int 20th Nov, UK 4th Dec), and you have not received a dispatch notification, your order will not be processed before Christmas and will be finished and completed after we open in January 2021.
You are welcome to place the order regardless, and we will always attempt to clear as many orders as quickly as possible on our return in January.
Please do not contact us and ask for expedited delivery, all our products are hand-finished so we are unable to work any faster or bump any orders up the list. Orders will be processed in the order that they were received.
If you wish to proceed with your order now, and want to speed up the production time when we re-open in January:
Don’t ask for a proof photo. This does come with a small print, so be sure to read it when you’re ordering personalised products.
Select ‘Next Working Day’ delivery for UK orders. This does not cancel or speed up the standard production time, but it does mean it will be a faster shipping speed, once it is dispatched (according to Royal Mail’s website).
Select a personalised product that allows you to select the parts, these are limited to the following products: 2020 Keyring; Christmas Jumper Keyring; Custom Text Keyring or Festive Animal Jumper (all of these products are featured in the ‘Faster Shipping Products’ grid above). These products have less production time for us and are often dispatched quicker.
