What we can and can’t do

Skin colours. We can only accommodate the fictional yellow☺️.

Specific outfits. If there is a specific outfit that is essential to the order, the customer needs to understand that this will be assembled via a best-match process as not all parts have been created or are available from LEGO. EG; “She only wears her black hoodie and short black skirt” – neither of these exist, so we would either apply a dark coloured hoodie and either black legs or a long black dress element. 

We cannot offer custom printed items. Names, numbers or very specific outfits such as Uniforms, Sports Kits or Team outfits are not possible.

We cannot usually offer adult accessories that LEGO are unlikely to have created. Spliffs, bongs etc. We do have beer or wine glasses.

We cannot offer branded elements (specific drinks / computers / devices) – we have generic versions of most devices though.

Shaved/balding heads will be given full hair or no hair – we don’t have thinning hair as parts (or ‘shaved short’). Sadly LEGO® haven’t catered to this demographic quite yet!

We can’t cater to specific famous figures that aren’t easily replicated. We cannot guarantee the delivery of previously released branded LEGO® themes (eg Harry Potter, Star Wars, Marvel etc) – though we will try where possible.

Shoes. LEGO figures don’t really wear shoes, so it’s not something we can usually include – either as an accessory or on the minifigure.

Vehicles/Accessories. We can include racing helmets or at the very most a surf board, but no bikes or cars (note surfboard not always available). As a general rule, if the accessory can be hand-held (in real life) then it may be possible. If not, we cannot include it.

We do not offer babies or toddlers as accessories, but can provide them as the main figure (instead of a full size one). Note; this will mean limited styling options if a baby brick is used.

We cannot provide accurate Tattoos/piercings. therefore we recommend leaving them off the figures. Nose and ear piercings will be ignored as LEGO Minifigures don’t have noses or ears.

Babies under the age of 2 will be the classic LEGO Baby brick, which only comes in white but is scale to the other figures (these are the same value as the other figures due to their rarity). Babies or children over 2 and under 12 will be assembled with short legs.

We cannot custom print specific outfits, so generally specific icons, logos or designs on an outfit are not possible.

We do not include accessories with keyring products unless otherwise stated or individually purchased.
