Where's my Order!?
“Where’s my order!?” Or perhaps better put – “Am I going to get it before Christmas?”. We all think it after we click purchase on our online shopping carts in December. And we totally understand. Build Me Mini’s products are usually sold as gifts, and we know that’s extra important for Christmas. With that in mind, we want to do our best to update you on your orders’ progress. The only problem is that in order to fulfil as many orders as possible before Royal Mail’s Christmas cut-off, all our team are hard at work making figures. This means very often, we can’t respond as promptly as we’d like to email requests for order updates.
So, please have a read through some of the following explanations below before emailing – or as consolation while you await a response from our team who will try to respond as soon as humanly possible…
1 // Check your order date
It’s important to understand that we are running at the full two-week production time for personalised items. You can read about the production process here.
If you placed your order less than 10 working days ago, please await our email – we will be in touch with a photo of your order (if it’s a minifigure) on or before the next working day, two weeks from your order date.
If it is longer than 10 working days from your order date, it is possible your order is taking slightly longer. This is unusual, and very often means that your email is on its way within the next 24 hours. But please do check the other potential hold-ups below…
2 // Check we're on your safelist
If you haven’t received an order confirmation from us (this is independent from the PayPal confirmation you may have received) within 24 hours of placing your order – you may need to add our email address to your safelist. This means adding ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ as a contact to your email software. This ensures that emails from us will not be caught in spam or junk filters.
This is a common problem, which is easily resolved. So we recommend doing this to prevent any chance of missing any of our emails.
3 // Check our Christmas Cutoffs
Make sure you have read the explanation for all of our Christmas delivery times. These vary depending on a number of things – including international location.
We’ve pasted a handy short-list below for ease of reference.
Orders placed after the 6th of December may not arrived (or be processed) before the Christmas period. Orders placed outside of the UK had an earlier cutoff, please refer to the dates below.
Please note that our offices will be closed over the Christmas period and will not open until Tuesday 2nd January. Orders placed between the 6th December and the 2nd of January will have an increased production time, although we will do our best to complete your order as soon as possible.
